The 1446 was made by our friends at Harmony, and began life as a Bigsby equipped replacement for the popular'Espanada.'

Over the past few years, it has become known as the 'Chris Isaak' model, with its cool good looks and the unusual-shaped pickup bezels holding onto those famous Gibson-made mini-humbuckers.

With the retirement of the 1446 and its stagemates the1454 and the 1439 in 1967, the reign of single-cutaway hollowbody electric Silvertones came to an end.
